To respond to enquiries, deliver installations and support, manage training, maintain records, prevent misuse and provide account access.

Before publishing, complete these details

• Business owner/legal entity and working privacy contact.
• Exact hosting, database, email and file-storage providers and their locations.
• How long each category of records is retained and how deletion requests are handled.
• Whether payments are taken online and the payment provider used.
• How users request access, correction, export or deletion of their information.
• Whether CES Solar Academy is authorised to use the CES name and course materials publicly.
